We are grateful you’ve chosen to shop with us. Our offerings are created with intention and care, and we aim to provide a smooth and heart-centered shopping experience. Please read our policy below for all questions regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.

🚚 Shipping (Norway Only)

We currently ship only within Norway.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days.

• Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

🧘‍♀️ In alignment with our values, all orders are packed with eco-friendly, minimal packaging infused with care.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your package has been dispatched. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Many of our products (such as ceremonial cacao, aura sprays, oils, and digital content) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their energetic and hygienic nature. However, we want you to feel supported and heard.

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged or incorrect item.

• The item is unused and in original condition and packaging.

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery at: lina.lind@hotmail.no

• You ship the product back within 14 days (return shipping is at your expense unless the error was on our side).

Not eligible for return:

• Used or opened products

• Digital downloads

• Event, session, or retreat bookings
  (However, credits or rescheduling may be possible if you contact us in advance.)
