My personal journey began in 2015, when I was drawn into deep self-inquiry and inner work to heal unresolved trauma and hidden emotional patterns. This path led me back to the body, not as something to fix, but as a profound source of wisdom, safety, and truth.
Yoga and meditation became the foundation of my practice in 2016, followed by yoga teacher trainings in 2018 and 2019, and a Yoga Therapy training from 2020-2021. Through these studies, I gained extensive experience supporting healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, while cultivating a trauma-informed, body-centered approach rooted in presence and nervous system regulation.
These practices reconnected me with my body, my heart, and an inner intelligence that cannot be accessed through the mind alone.
In 2021, I discovered tantra, a path that profoundly reshaped my relationship with intimacy, sexuality, and life itself. Tantra taught me to meet every aspect of my experience with openness and integrity, allowing both light and shadow to be welcomed. Through this work, I discovered a deeper sense of authenticity, freedom, and embodied aliveness.
This path resonates deeply with the ancient Rose Lineage, an embodied spiritual tradition in which love, eros, and devotion were never separated from the body. Within this lineage, Mary Magdalene stands as a symbol of sacred feminine wisdom, not of denial or shame, but of devotion made flesh, and intimacy as a legitimate spiritual path. Her frequency continues to inform the spaces I hold today.
In 2023, I completed a one-year certification in Sacred Tantric Priestess Arts and Tantra Massage in Portugal, followed by advanced tantra massage trainings in 2024. These initiations refined my capacity to hold spaces that are safe, attuned, and deeply transformative, where the nervous system can soften, the heart can open, and the body can release and reorganize at its own pace.
Today, I offer private one-to-one sessions, women's circles, workshops, and curated tantra events. Each offering is designed to support reconnection with the body, integration of past experiences, and a return to one's innate power, sensitivity, and truth.

From the first whisper of Mary Magdalene to the embodiment of the Rose: this is the story of my becoming.
My journey with the Rose Lineage began the day I read about Mary Magdalene and France in Rise Sister, Rise. My whole body shivered, a deep soul remembrance awakening. In that moment, I knew that Mary Magdalene, Isis, and the ancient Rose teachings were part of my path.
Soon after, I joined a Sacred Tantric Priestess training, rooted in the Rose tradition. During meditation, I saw myself as a priestess in an ancient temple, surrounded by sisters performing holy rituals. Since then, I have received many glimpses from past incarnations, always as a priestess devoted to the Goddess and the teachings of Isis.
This lineage opened my heart to the sacred balance between the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine.
I work with Goddesses, angels, ascended masters, dragons, and elementals, guided by Isis, Mary Magdalene, Merlin, and Jeshua. I channel light language, and I use crystals and essential oils as tools for healing and remembrance.
Last summer, I went through a deep transformation, a death and rebirth. In meditation, I felt Goddess Isis within me, and I heard: "The Goddess is here." It was the moment I truly embodied Her presence. Later, I received the message: "Follow the Path of the Rose."
That calling led me to a Mary Magdalene retreat in Avebury, Glastonbury, and Stonehenge. There, I felt my soul return home through powerful activations and rituals guided by the Goddess.
I now feel called to continue this journey in France, walking the sacred lands where Mary once lived, to deepen my connection to the Rose teachings.
