Aftercare & Integration
Honoring the sacred space after your session. Integration practices to anchor the experience in your being.
Immediately After Your Session
This is sacred time. You are in a vulnerable, open state—honor this gently.
- Rest:
Allow yourself to lie still for 10-15 minutes. Your body is integrating profound shifts.
- Hydrate:
Drink water slowly. This helps ground your nervous system and supports the body's natural processing.
- Slow transitions:
Move gently when you rise. Avoid sudden movements or rushing.
- Closure conversation:
We'll take time to reflect, share feelings, and ground the experience together before you leave.
The First 24 Hours
- Avoid intense activity:
No strenuous exercise, heavy emotional processing, or complex mental work. Let your body rest.
- Spend time in nature if possible:
Grounding in earth, sky, and fresh air supports integration.
- Journal or reflect quietly:
Notice what arises. What did your body want to express? What sensations linger?
- Limit screen time:
Your nervous system is sensitive. Protect this openness from overstimulation.
- Nourish gently:
Light, warm foods. Tea. Broth. Avoid heavy meals.
